Responsibilities
The Opportunity
As a Supply Chain Inventory Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy across multiple U.S. manufacturing locations by reconciling inventory data between SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).



Acting as an investigator and problem solver, you will analyze inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive timely resolutions while maintaining system integrity and operational excellence.
Your Impact
In this role, you will:
Reconcile inventory records between SAP and WMS on a daily basis to maintain inventory accuracy.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis to identify corrective actions.
Review daily inventory variance reports and drive issue resolution to completion.
Coordinate with plant teams, inventory stakeholders, and cross-functional partners across the U.S.
Validate inventory transactions, receipts, adjustments, and open orders.
Manage inventory activities across multiple locations simultaneously while balancing priorities.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
