Job Details
I.Functions
Give support and assistance to the Depot Pharmacist and Auxiliary Pharmacist in some Depotoperating tasks.
Perform on CTM-Star Operative System the processesrelated to the reception, shipmentandreturn of Investigationaldrugs, Diagnostic kits, Devices, Clinical Samples,ClinicalMaterialSupplies,CRF´s, etc.
Be in charge ofcoordinating shipments betweenLogisticsareas and the ClinicalTrials Supply ChainServices Division (if applicable).
Follow properly the Standard Operating Procedures(Sops)related to reception, storage and shipment of materials in the ClinicalTrials Supply Chain Service Division.

III.Responsibilities
Comply with World CourierStandardOperating Procedures (SOPs), whichcontainspecific instructions to take the steps concerned with reception, storage and shipment of materials.
The Pharmacist Operating Assistant must have the trainingand capability required to control materials characteristics (described in their labels):IDnumber,expirationdate,patient’s kit, andtemperatureand storage conditions as wellasanyadditional information that could be useful.
Perform the Inbound, Outbound or Returnprocesses on CTM-StarOperativeSystem.
Have deep knowledge and carry out relabeling, stock, balance and relocations processesdevelopedat the Depot.
Be in close contact with WC Operations on the shipments to be delivere
