Area Sales Manager – Mexico & South America

Position Overview
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for the commercial development of Damiani and Baume & Mercier, with a primary focus on the Wholesale business in Mexico and selected accounts in South America.
Based in Mexico City, the Area Manager will act as the commercial interface between the brands and their wholesale partners, developing existing accounts, and ensuring the successful execution of the Group’s commercial strategy.
The position reports directly to the Regional Commercial Manager – Damiani Group and will work closely with the commercial, trade marketing, supply chain and customer service teams of both brands.

Key Responsibilities:
Wholesale & Key Account Management – Mexico
- Develop and execute the wholesale strategy for both brands.




- Manage and develop existing wholesale partners and key accounts.
- Establish strong relationships commercial directors and purchasing teams.
- Define and achieve annual sales and sell-out objectives by account and brand.
- Identify and develop new strategic accounts and distribution opportunities.
- Develop visibility and trade marketing initiatives within approved guidelines.
- Conduct regular business reviews and action plans to improve sales, sell-out and profitability.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of the distribution network in line with each brand’s positioning.

South America
- Manage a selected portfolio of strategic wholesale accounts in South America.
- Develop existing relationships and identify opportunities for new business.
- Monitor sales, sell-out, stock, visual merchandising, trade marketing activities and overall account performance.
- Travel regularly to priority markets according to business needs.
