Job Summary:
Lead and manage manufacturing projects within the New Product Introduction (NPI) department to ensure successful industrialization, launch readiness, and production ramp-up of new products. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, developing and validating manufacturing processes, managing project timelines, risks, resources, and deliverables, and driving alignment with Product Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and other key stakeholders.



The position requires strong project management capability to communicate project status, escalate critical issues, support timely decision-making, and ensure new product launches meet safety, quality, cost, capacity, and delivery objectives.
What You Will Do:
Monitors customer delivery performance, cost reduction programs, lead-time improvements, and quality improvement projects that will enhance customer value and business unit results.
Be able to Implement various corporate initiatives such as 5S, Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, Internal Certification, etc.
Promotes development of people through continued education, employee involvement, increased responsibility and ergonomics.
Lead manufacturing readiness activities for New Product Introduction (NPI), including process validation, production launch support, cross-functional coordination, and resolution of manufacturing issues to ensure successful product industrialization.
