What you will do
The Quality Assurance Specialist will be part of the LatAm Source Quality organization and is responsible for maintaining quality records, coordinating change control processes, and supporting corrective and preventive actions. You will analyze data, assist in external suppliers’ audits, and help improve external manufacturing processes to ensure compliance and enhance quality:
Key Responsibilities
Act as Quality key driver in multiarea projects.
Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing continuous improvement initiatives, resolve quality issues, and support technology transfer activities.
Collaborate with R&D; and production units to embed Quality assurance principles early in the development process, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and readiness for audits and inspections.
