This is a high-ownership accounting role within a fast-growing, AI-native technology environment.
You will take ownership of daily and monthly financial operations while building scalable processes from the ground up.
The role covers close, cash management, forecasting, accounts receivable, reporting, payroll, and compliance.
You will also help introduce AI-powered workflows and automation to make the finance function more efficient.

You will partner with leadership and non-finance teams, translating financial information into clear and actionable business insights.

Accountabilities




Own the end-to-end month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Monitor and report the daily cash position to leadership and maintain a rolling 13-week cash forecast.
Review expenses, spending commitments, payment requests, and payment lists while maintaining appropriate financial controls.
Manage accounts receivable and collections activities to support healthy cash flow.
Prepare monthly management reporting packages, including variance analysis and actionable financial insights.
Develop and maintain approval matrices, payment procedures, and other finance policies and standard operating procedures.
Own recurring revenue reporting, including MRR, ARR, and retention metrics.
Build and implement AI-powered workflows and automation to improve efficiency across the finance function.
Maintain the tax and filing compliance calendar and ensure key deadlines are tracked and addressed.
