We are looking for a Financial Supervisor to lead financial processes, support strategic decision-making, and partner with key stakeholders across the organization. This role is idóneo for professionals with a strong accounting or finance background who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading teams while delivering meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Supervise and coordinate financial activities to support business objectives.
✅ Lead budget monitoring and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
✅ Review financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
✅ Support forecasting, planning, and variance analysis processes.
✅ Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.




✅ Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive operational and financial improvements.
✅ Coach, develop, and support team members to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements
✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
✔ Previous experience in Finance, Accounting, or related areas.
✔ Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
✔ Advanced English proficiency (required).
✔ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
