The General Robotic Sales Support Specialist role within ESAB Corporation provides technical expertise and sales support for robotic and automation solutions across both EWM and ESAB product portfolios. This position serves as a key interface between global customers, internal departments, and system partners. It also plays a critical role in developing, supporting, and training regional sales structures worldwide to ensure consistent technical excellence and commercial success across both brands.
Support automation and robotic solutions by:
-Sales & Partner Management
Develop, support, and train regional sales structures worldwide.
Enable regional teams through:
-Product and application training.
-Contribute to SCO (Special Customer Order) project planning and execution.
Project & Operational Support




Provide technical support and guidance to regional sales administration staff.
Support commissioning, customer onboarding, and after-sales service activities.
Conduct regional sales team and sales partner training sessions globally.
Act as a global technical expert for robotic welding and automation solutions.
Strengthen international sales capabilities across both EWM and ESAB organizations.
