Role Mission Turn consumer and audience understanding into strategy by identifying changes in behavior and social and cultural conversations around brands, and translating these insights into decisions that drive business growth for our clients across Mexico and the region. Job requirements
Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end Social Media and Content projects, from brief and prioritization through production, approval, and delivery.




Act as the main operational point of contact between clients and internal multidisciplinary teams.
Coordinate strategy, copy, design, motion, production, and Community Management teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Manage timelines, priorities, workloads, dependencies, approvals, and potential risks across multiple projects.
Lead status meetings, daily follow-ups, and client communication, providing clear visibility on progress, blockers, and next steps.
Coordinate content calendars, campaigns, always-on content, reactive requests, and content adaptations across platforms and markets.
Identify operational risks and blockers proactively and drive solutions to keep projects moving.
Apply Agile methodologies and project management best practices to improve workflows, collaboration, and delivery.
Skills & experience 3–5 years of experience in roles such as Research & Insights,
