En CEVA Logistics buscamos un/a Site Manager con sólida experiencia liderando operaciones logísticas y de almacén , preferentemente dentro de operadores logísticos / 3PL y con experiencia atendiendo clientes del sector automotriz y operaciones vinculadas con manufactura .
La posición será responsable de la administración integral del sitio, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de seguridad, calidad, productividad, servicio, P&L;, budget y rentabilidad , así como el desarrollo del equipo y una relación estratégica con el cliente.
Principales responsabilidades
- Liderar integralmente la operación del almacén , asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos operativos, financieros y de servicio.
- Administrar los procesos de Inbound, almacenamiento, manejo de materiales, inventarios, picking, surtido, Outbound y embarques .
- Asegurar la continuidad de los procesos logísticos y el abastecimiento de materiales de acuerdo con las necesidades
