About the Role -- Sales Development Representative (Bilingual)
The engine of the commercial machine: generates and qualifies opportunities for the account executives to close. A pipeline-creation role —prospecting and first contact—, not closing or operations.
Responsibilities
- Multichannel outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, email, phone, WhatsApp) with structured cadences.




- Book qualified meetings with decision-makers in the ideal customer profile.
- Early qualification against go/no-go criteria.
- CRM discipline in Pipedrive; systematic follow-up.
- Maintain and enrich the account and contact database.

Must-have
- Use of AI to research prospects, personalize messages and draft sequences (must-have).
- Experience in outbound prospecting, inside sales, SDR/BDR or B2B telesales.
- CRM discipline and measurable high daily activity.
- Clear, persuasive communication in Spanish and English

Preferred
- Logistics, transport, supply chain or industrial B2B sales.
- Prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo).
