Main Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and develop potential suppliers, including collecting all necessary documentation for supplier registration.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations of existing suppliers in accordance with the TQRDCES (Technical, Quality, Responsiveness, Delivery, Cost, Environment, Social) criteria.
- Perform daily operational tasks, such as recording supplier negotiation meeting minutes; preparing supplier survey/investigation reports; compiling summary catalogues for source verification of required products; drafting and reviewing commercial purchase contracts.

Required Knowledge and Experience
- 2–3 years of procurement experience, specifically in industrial products/categories.
- Solid experience in supplier management and performance assessment.
- Strong business negotiation skills, with the ability to proactively follow up and coordinate price adjustments with suppliers, as well as proven capability in price negotiation.
