About the Company

Our client is a U.S.-based B2B demand generation agency specializing in outbound-only marketing programs for enterprise technology companies. Operating primarily out of New York City, they manage campaigns across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Their mission is to connect technology vendors with key IT and business decision-makers through Qualified Appointment Setting, Channel Marketing, Event Recruitment, and Lead Qualification.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute a high volume of outbound calls to connect with IT and business decision-makers across North America.




- Engage prospects and secure registrations for virtual events, webinars, and briefings hosted by clients.
- Utilize platforms such as Dexter, Nooks, and HubSpot for managing leads, tracking performance, and maintaining communication logs.
- Follow predefined scripts carefully and ensure CRM data is kept accurate and up to date after every call.
- Consistently achieve or surpass weekly and monthly performance metrics, including:
- Event Registrations – Number of qualified leads registered.
- Attendance Rate – Percentage of prospects attending events.
- Attrition Management – Reducing no-show rates.
- Dial Volume – Maintaining steady outbound call activity.
- Work closely with team leads to incorporate feedback and enhance overall call quality and outcomes.
- Must be based in Mexico
