Job Title: Sr. SRE Engineer

Location: Mexico (Remote)

Duration: 6 months contract with possible extension

The SRE Engineer will improve the reliability, observability, deployment safety, and operational readiness of cloud-native e-commerce services.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience with a cloud platform such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Hands-on experience supporting Kubernetes workloads in production.
- Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Terraform or another Infrastructure as Code tool.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, incident response, and production troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Bash, or another automation language.
- Experience supporting highly available production systems.




- Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with GCP and GKE.
- Experience with GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Cloud Monitoring, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Experience with Istio or another service mesh.
- Experience with Apigee or another API gateway.
- Understanding of SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and incident-management practices.
- Experience with canary, blue/green, or progressive delivery strategies.
