Plant Manager – Ensenada, Mexico Location: Fortune Fashions Baja / Mad Engine Integral is looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead our high-volume manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on screen printing, production performance, capacity, quality, cost, and continuous improvement.
Lead end-to-end plant & screen-printing operations
Drive safety, quality, productivity, capacity & on-time delivery
Lead Production, Warehouse & Trims teams
Manage KPIs, labor, equipment utilization, inventory & manufacturing costs
5–8+ years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience
- Leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing
- Strong production & capacity planning and KPI management expertise
- Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma experience preferred
- English/Spanish bilingual skills required
