Base Salary: $30,000 – $32,000 yearly USD (DOE)

The Role

As a Client Success Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact between our internal team and our clients.

You'll own client relationships end-to-end,



managing communication, timelines, deliverables, and performance. This role requires someone who can balance client success, project management, and marketing insight while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Own

Client Communication & Meetings
- Manage a book of 25–30 clients.
- Lead client meetings (kickoffs, reviews, strategy calls).
- Send meeting recaps, follow-ups, and ensure clear communication.
- Proactively manage expectation
