Senior Operations Program Manager

Full time / Remote, supporting a US-based company and global operations.

This is a chief-of-staff-style program management (PMO) seat working directly with the SVP of Operations.

Compensation: USD $4,583–$5,417 per month, based on experience.

Must-Haves
- Based in Mexico.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, project management, or senior operational support.
- Experience in a high-growth startup or similarly fast-moving operating environment.
- Exposure to supply chain, logistics, sourcing, manufacturing, ecommerce operations, or similar operational workflows.
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep multiple workstreams moving without heavy direction.
- Strong systems mindset: able to understand how details fit into a broader workflow and identify gaps.
- Familiarity with AI tools.
- Valid US visa and willingness to travel to the US occasionally.

outcomes-oriented schedule with strong overlap with Pacific Time. This role must be comfortable working across multiple time zones, including occasional early or late calls with teams and partners in the US, Europe, and Asia.
