Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist – 100% Remote

We are looking for a creative, organized, and tech-savvy Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to support content creation, social media management, community engagement, marketing automation, and creator outreach. This role is idóneo for someone who combines strong social media execution with hands-on experience using AI and marketing automation tools.

You'll support the day-to-day execution of social media and digital marketing initiatives across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital channels. Your responsibilities will include short-form video editing, AI-generated content, community management, creator and UGC outreach, ManyChat funnels, newsletter automation, and AI-assisted content creation. You'll also provide support during weekly live Q&A; sessions and help ensure that content and communications remain consistent with the brand's voice. This role requires someone who can execute independently, stay organized, and comfortably work across multiple marketing tools and platforms.





Edit short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms.
Create and edit Instagram duets and other platform-native video formats.
Use AI tools to create and enhance video and marketing content.
Create on-brand copy and scripts for teleprompter videos using AI tools.
Reach out to parents and community members to request permission to repost submitted videos.
Manage ManyChat funnels across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
Monitor and maintain automated social media messaging and engagement flows.
Manage online communities by responding to straightforward questions and comments.
Engage with followers and help maintain a responsive and positive online community.
Research and reach out to creators, influencers, and UGC partners for potential collaborations.
Coordinate communication and follow-ups with potential content partners.
