Mama Shelter is seeking a People & Culture leader in Mexico to act as the key liaison between the General Manager and the central P&C; team. You will oversee the overall management and administration of our people operations, and foster a warm, fun, and supportive workplace for ~80 talents.
Responsibilities include recruiting new talent, shaping onboarding experiences, and supporting Heads of Department in daily operations while upholding confidentiality and a high standard of service.
