Senior Full Stack Software Engineer - SOL 1860

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions within healthcare technology and other business-critical environments. The idóneo candidate will bring hands‑on expertise in C#/.NET, React, TypeScript, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure, with proven ability to build reliable APIs, integrate third-party systems, and improve application architecture for scalability, maintainability, and performance.

This role is especially suited for an engineer with experience supporting healthcare platforms, laboratory service integrations, patient‑facing applications, backend reliability initiatives, and mobile application support. The position requires a proactive contributor who can work across the full software development lifecycle and collaborate effectively with product, operations, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET.




- Develop and maintain integrations with laboratories, external service providers, third‑party systems, and enterprise platforms.
- Analyze existing solutions and improve software architecture to increase maintainability, scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Support mobile applications by contributing backend capabilities, API integrations, and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, Operations, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality technical solutions.
