Marco is assisting a leading general technology client with recruiting for a National Manager, Meta Wearables Program opportunity in Mexico. Our client is looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to strengthen partnerships with major mobile carriers, drive nationwide sales performance, and execute impactful commercial strategies for Meta's wearable devices program. In this role, you will lead a team of Territory Managers and 26 Meta Sales Managers across the country, providing strategic direction, coaching, and mentorship while building relationships with key executives and overseeing national sales initiatives. Responsibilities for a Key Account Director include but are not limited to:
- Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with major mobile carrier partners across Mexico.
- Lead nationwide initiatives and ensure alignment with Meta's business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Analyze sales performance, identify market trends,



and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with key executives and decision-makers within assigned accounts.
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned partners and accounts.
- Oversee, coach, and develop the national sales team to drive performance and achieve business goals.

Candidates for Key Account Director must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field required.
