At Schneider Electric, we are looking for an Industrial Packaging Engineer who is passionate about developing innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective packaging solutions that support our manufacturing and supply chain operations. In this role, you will lead packaging development projects from concept through implementation, working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure products are protected, efficiently transported, and aligned with our sustainability goals.

What You Will Do
- Lead the design, development, testing, validation, and implementation of packaging solutions for new and existing products.
- Develop both single‑use and returnable packaging systems that meet operational, quality, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Development teams to support New Product Development (NPD) initiatives and product launches.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to optimize packaging performance, transportation efficiency, and material flow.
- Work closely with suppliers to evaluate materials, develop prototypes,



and implement packaging solutions in production environments.
- Support packaging‑related CAPEX and OPEX evaluations and contribute to cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure packaging documentation, standards, testing requirements, and product records are maintained accurately and in compliance with company processes.
- Partner with Sustainability teams to drive environmentally responsible packaging strategies and solutions.
