Nouvel Age Media is looking for a Sales Account Executive to help us grow our pipeline, win new business, and turn qualified prospects into long-term agency clients. This is a hybrid Account Executive + Business Development role. You'll own opportunities throughout the sales cycle while also being responsible for generating pipeline of your own. You'll work closely with agency leadership and our marketing team to identify high-value prospects across startups, SaaS, technology, ecommerce, B2B, and other growth-focused organizations that could benefit from Nouvel Age Media's services. Our engagements can range from focused projects to significant monthly retainers, which means your earning potential grows with the quality and size of the business you bring in. Full-Cycle Sales: Own opportunities from initial prospecting and qualification through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.
Build pipeline through targeted outreach across channels including email, LinkedIn, Upwork, referrals, networking, and other outbound opportunities.
Discovery & Qualification:



Lead thoughtful discovery conversations that uncover a prospect's business goals, challenges, budget, decision-making process, urgency, and overall fit.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized, accurate pipeline and consistently move qualified opportunities toward a decision.
Navigate objections, pricing discussions, stakeholders, procurement, and contract negotiations to move opportunities across the finish line.
Build trust with executives, founders, marketing leaders, and other decision-makers throughout the sales process.
Consistently create new sales opportunities rather than relying exclusively on leads generated by the agency.
Qualify Opportunities: Evaluate budget, authority, need, timing, business impact, and buying process before advancing opportunities.
Negotiate & Close: Manage objections and commercial conversations while protecting agency margins and positioning.
