Job Title: Sr. SRE Engineer
Location: Mexico (Remote)
Duration: 6 months contract with possible extension
The SRE Engineer will improve the reliability, observability, deployment safety, and operational readiness of cloud-native e-commerce services.
Required Qualifications:
· Experience with a cloud platform such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
· Hands-on experience supporting Kubernetes workloads in production.
· Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
· Experience with Terraform or another Infrastructure as Code tool.
· Experience with monitoring, logging, incident response, and production troubleshooting.
· Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Bash, or another automation language.
· Experience supporting highly available production systems.




· Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with GCP and GKE.
· Experience with GitHub Actions.
· Experience with Cloud Monitoring, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, or Grafana.
· Experience with Istio or another service mesh.
· Experience with Apigee or another API gateway.
· Understanding of SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and incident-management practices.
· Experience with canary, blue/green, or progressive delivery strategies.
