International Business Development Executive

About the role
At Brannelement, we are looking for an International Business Development Executive to drive new business generation across Mexico, the United States, and Canada, reporting directly to the Corporate Sales Manager. This role is key to our international growth strategy.
To succeed in this position, you will need solid experience in B2B consultative selling with long sales cycles (3 to 6 months), advanced English, and the ability to negotiate and build trust-based relationships while adapting to the business styles of Mexico, the United States, and Canada.
Responsibilities
Actively prospect potential clients in Mexico, the United States, and Canada through networking, referrals, leads, and business events.
Qualify prospects (BANT, MEDDIC, or similar) and manage the sales pipeline in the CRM with consistent follow-up.
Develop and present commercial proposals in Spanish and English, tailored to each client.




Coordinate with the operations team on technical demonstrations of the service when needed.
Negotiate contract terms and follow through on deal closing.
Maintain contact with active clients to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Present regular pipeline, opportunity, and forecast reports to the Corporate Sales Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B consultative sales (technical, energy, industrial, or professional services industries).
Experience managing long sales cycles and negotiating with managerial or director-level stakeholders.
Experience using a CRM to manage a sales pipeline.
Advanced English (C1 level or higher); B1 French is a plus.
Experience with Office 365; familiarity with Monday.com is a plus.
Availability to travel to the United States and Canada as needs
