Our Senior Account Managers don't manage accounts — they own outcomes.
We're hiring a Senior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of e-commerce clients. E-commerce client management experience is required; Amazon experience is a bonus, not a requirement. You'll need real performance-marketing instincts, speed, attention to detail, and the ability to treat every client like your own business.
You won't be doing it alone. You'll sit on top of a very capable team — PPC and Amazon strategists, creative, listing and data specialists, plus our internal AI ops agent (Viktor) — so your job is to own the relationship and the outcome, not to personally execute every task.

You are the single point of accountability for client results and retention.
Run onboarding, set strategy, deliver results, retain the account — the full lifecycle.
2-hour response time during business hours, no exception.

Drive results, not reports
Analyze brand performance and profitability weekly.
Diagnose problems before the client notices them.
Translate numbers into clear, confident client communication.
Execute with precision
Build and follow structured processes for every account (audits, research, campaign architecture, optimization cycles)
Log every change. Document every decision. Nothing slips through the cracks.
