Your Key Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of MSCI Performance Attribution models and processes
Collaborate with team members to identify automation opportunities and translate them into deliverable AI solutions
Design AI agents and automated workflows for testing and client support
Define and implement a validation framework to ensure AI tools perform correctly in production

Your Skills And Experience That Will Help You Excel

Either a postgraduate degree in Financial Engineering (or equivalent) or 2 years of industry experience in a quantitative role in a financial institution (Banks, Hedge Funds, Broker-Dealers, etc..). Advance coding skills.
