? The Challenge: What you'll be doing
In this role, you will work on the administration, evolution and modernization of ERP platforms, collaborating with teams and operations across Mexico and the United States.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Gather, document and analyze business requirements.
Configure, administer and maintain ERP modules.
Develop customizations, extensions and code in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL and Visual Studio Code.
Create and maintain reports, workflows and integrations.
Perform functional testing and UAT.
Troubleshoot issues and provide functional and technical support to users.
Participate in ERP upgrades, improvements and implementations.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Procurement, Logistics and IT teams.
Document processes, incidents and system changes.
Train end users and create operational documentation.
