The activities of the Programation Intern involve, among others:

Data analysis
Creation of ad hoc reports
Creation/adjustment of macros to simplify HRS processes
Process modeling
Support in the automation of HR master data and contract management processes
Development of electronic forms in HCL Leap
Takeover of additional taks when required

Requirements

Currently studying a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field




Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Strong expertise in Excel, including advanced Macros and programming in Visual Basic
Experience working with Excel databases
Highly independent and systematic work approach
Analytical and conceptual mindset
Ability to work with comprehensive reports
Strong results orientation and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
Excellent communication skills
Customer-focused with a strong service orientation
Stress tolerance and resilience
Interaction with the Process Architect and Head of International Process Management
Must possess a legal work permit in Mexico
