About the role
As a Senior Supervisor, Industrial Engineering, you will lead the Industrial Engineering function and drive a culture of Continuous Improvement across the organization. You will spearhead Kaizen, VSM, and SMED initiatives, develop team capabilities, and partner with cross‑functional teams to optimize processes and operational performance.



This role serves as a key change agent, promoting innovation, efficiency, and sustainable business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Industrial Engineering department.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement projects.
- Coordinate Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and SMED events.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement.
- At least 2 years of experience leading and developing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Conversational English proficiency.
