RESPONSIBILITIES

* Generate the plant's production schedule.
* Review, update, and schedule the workload.
* Provide support to Customer Service regarding premium orders, expedites,
special orders, and cancellations.
* Submit raw material requirements to the Core Plant.
* Understand and comply with IECEx certification guidelines.

COMPETENCIES

* Proficiency in production planning and control systems and methodologies.
* Production planning and scheduling.
* Inventory management.
* Data analysis: KPI interpretation and trend analysis.
* Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.

REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
* Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Required (Degree
completed).
* Extensive knowledge and proficiency in operating systems and preferably
Oracle, AX, and SAP.
