Position Summary





The Senior Designer leads high-quality visual design across EO’s digital, print, web, campaign, and branded member experiences. This role serves as a senior creative partner to internal stakeholders, translating strategy into clear, elevated, on-brand creative that strengthens EO’s integral presence. The Senior Designer helps raise creative quality, mentor designers and freelancers, and build the systems that allow EO’s brand to scale across regions, chapters, and audiences.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Creative Design and Execution

Design compelling creative for digital campaigns, email, social media, web pages, presentations, event promotion, toolkits, paid media, and internal brand materials.
Create print-ready assets including signage, collateral, reports, event materials, flyers, banners, and branded templates.
Design web pages and digital experiences that are visually strong, user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and aligned with brand
