What you'll do
We're looking for someone who gets a kick out of turning "someone should really automate this" into a working tool by next week. You'll sit at the intersection of Lifecycle, Sales, and AI — building the agents, workflows, and internal products that let Clara prospect, sell, and onboard faster and smarter than a headcount-only approach ever could. This isn't a "use AI to write better emails" role. It's a build role. You'll ship things: SDR co-pilots, outbound agents, lifecycle automations, onboarding flows — and you'll own whether they actually move pipeline and activation, not just whether they're clever.
You will:
Build AI-powered prospecting & SDR tooling: design and ship agents/workflows that find, qualify, and engage prospects, and that get meetings on AEs' calendars — using tools like Amplemarket, Clay, HubSpot, and LLM APIs, glued together with n8n or custom
