Role Description
We are seeking a Marketing Associate to lead heva's presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role combines creative storytelling (reels, shorts, stories, and posts) with performance marketing execution (Meta Business Suite, ad campaigns, analytics), while also supporting SEM/SEO efforts and event management.

You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing campaigns, coordinating events, and ensuring our brand reaches patients and providers in ways that build trust and drive growth.

This is a hands-on, in-person role based in our Mexico City office.

Responsibilities




Develop, produce, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (reels, shorts, stories, posts).
Manage the social media calendar to ensure consistent, high-quality output aligned with heva's brand voice.
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns using Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
Support SEM/SEO initiatives, including keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and campaign tracking.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance; use insights to refine creative and targeting.
Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
Stay current on social media trends and platform algorithm changes.
Foster engagement with doctors, patients, and communities through active social presence.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
