Job Description
Provide technical leadership for large-scale and complex reliability projects while supporting the performance and health improvement of existing Reliability and Performance Plus Contracts and initiatives.
Technical leadership assignments will be temporary and based on project complexity, criticality, customer impact, and business requirements.



The role will ensure that projects and contracts deliver measurable operational, reliability, customer, and financial value.
Key Responsibilities
Technically lead assigned reliability projects (Seal Reliability Management, Asset Condition Management, Reliability Engineering for Maintenance, Upgrades and Retrofits, Maintenance & Repairs and Training) from scope definition through execution, delivery, and closure.
Act as the primary technical point of reference for assigned projects.
Translate customer and contract requirements into clear technical plans, deliverables, schedules, and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate project-specific technical activities involving local, regional, and global specialists.
Perform and facilitate reliability analyses, including RCA, FMEA/FMECA, RCM, asset criticality, Weibull analysis, bad actor analysis, and maintenance strategy optimization.Review contract and proje
