Position Purpose

Drive EZVIZ sell-through performance across the Mexico market by developing and managing retail key accounts, optimizing in-store execution, and accelerating inventory rotation from point of sale to end consumer, while achieving sell-out, shelf share, and profitability targets across the full EZVIZ product portfolio (CCTV, Smart Home, Smart Lock, and related IoT devices).

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sell-through relationships with key retail accounts and major trade channels nationwide.
- Execute in-store sell-through plans, including POP/POS material placement, shelf display standards, and promotional activation to maximize product visibility.
- Monitor sell-out data, stock levels, and shelf availability across retail partners; proactively address gaps, stockouts, and dead stock.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers, category managers, and store operations teams to secure promotional support and shelf space.
- Drive retail sell-through campaigns and trade promotions; track ROI and report results to management.




- Coordinate with distributors and logistics teams to ensure timely product replenishment and consistent inventory flow to retail partners.
- Prepare sell-through forecasts, weekly/monthly performance reports, and territory visit plans.
- Support product training for retail staff and channel partners to enhance brand and product knowledge.
- Travel extensively across the territory to visit key retail accounts and ensure on-ground execution standards.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales HQ, and distributor teams to align on promotions, product launches, and sell-through targets.

Required Experience
- 3+ years in sell-through, trade marketing, or retail channel management within CCTV, Smart Home, Consumer Electronics, Networking, or Security industry.
- Proven track record of driving sell-out performance at key retail accounts.
- Deep experience managing major retail chains and trade channels in Mexico.
