We’re hiring a Senior Account / Project Manager to join the global in-house Creative Hub of a very established international company , with the pace, variety and energy you’d expect from an agency.

You’ll get the stability, scale and visibility of a major global business, while working in a creative environment that moves quickly, handles multiple briefs at once and collaborates across international teams and markets.

This is primarily a creative project management role , but with much more ownership than simply taking a brief and moving it through a workflow. You’ll manage multiple campaigns and fast-turnaround projects while becoming the trusted point of contact for a defined group of stakeholders across the business.





You’ll be involved early — sometimes before a brief has even been written — helping stakeholders understand what they’re actually trying to achieve and shaping that into a strong creative ask.

What you’ll be doing:
- Own delivery across large general campaigns and multiple smaller creative projects running simultaneously
- Manage timelines, deliverables, reviews and approvals from brief through to completion
- Work with stakeholders and creative teams across multiple markets and regions
- Identify risks, dependencies and potential delays before they become problems
- Re-prioritise quickly as workloads and business needs change
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, creative leadership and project teams
- Partner with traffic/resource management teams to manage capacity and scheduling
- Keep project tracking clear, accurate and visible
- Own relationships with a defined group of internal stakeholders
- Work with stakeholders before briefs are finalized to understand the real business objective
- Help turn unclear requests into strong, actionable c
