We're looking for a sharp Account Executive to join our agency team. You'll own the day-to-day relationship across 12+ brand accounts, translate data into strategy, and keep ambitious clients moving forward. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing and client services — you need to be fluent in both.

What You'll Do

- Lead client relationships across a portfolio of 12+ ecommerce brands, serving as their primary point of contact
- Build and execute tailored marketing strategies aligned to each brand's growth objectives
- Own performance reporting — delivering weekly and monthly insights that connect data to decisions
- Run client calls, quarterly business reviews, and strategy presentations with confidence
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, media buying, and analytics teams to deliver seamless execution
- Identify opportunities to deepen client partnerships and expand scope of work
- Stay current on ecommerce trends, platform updates, and channel best practices

What You Bring





- Agency experience required — you've worked in a marketing or creative agency environment and know how to manage multiple clients without dropping the ball
- 5+ years of ecommerce experience , with a strong grasp of the full funnel from acquisition to retention
- Proven ability to manage performance reporting across paid media, analytics, and conversion metrics
- Comfortable handling a high-volume account load (12+ brands simultaneously)
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you can present to a skeptical CEO and a junior buyer in the same afternoon
- Eastern Time Zone based, or fully available during EST business hours

- Experience with DTC brands

Location Open to candidates across Latin America. We especially encourage applicants from Mexico, Argentina and Colombia.

Compensation

$2,000 – $3,000 USD/month
