Position Overview:Are you passionate about sales and delivering exceptional service? Join our elite team as a Bilingual Concierge Sales Agent, where you’ll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable vacation experiences for our members and guests.



In this role, you’ll engage with clients to customize and secure their dream vacations, acting as their personal consultant and final touchpoint before they embark on their getaway.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales: Make outbound sales calls to existing members, focusing on confirming their travel plans and converting leads into bookings.
- Personal Concierge Service: Act as a personal consultant for assigned clients, tailoring vacation packages to their preferences and needs.
- Educate and Advise: Provide detailed information on resort amenities, activities, products, and services to enhance the client’s vacation experience.
- Manage Leads: Efficiently handle and follow up on leads to ensure timely and effective communication.
