Appointment Setter (Healthcare) – Urgent Need, Now Hiring
Job Overview & Details:
- Position Status: Full-Time, Permanent, 100% Fully Remote with High Growth Potential / Career Advancement.
- Location: 100% Remote (Expats are welcome).
- Target Compensation: ~$1,039.80 USD/month ($6.00 USD/hr based on full-time hours).
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
Responsibilities:
- Perform energetic outbound phone calls to healthcare workers and candidates to promote open positions and available shifts.
- Pitch senior care job opportunities, confirm candidate availability, and match clinical skill sets with active facility assignments.
- Maintain consistent follow-up to guide healthcare applicants through initial screening, onboarding paperwork, and background checks.
- Handle objections and candidate rejection professionally while maintaining continuous daily outbound call volume.
- Keep accurate records of candidates, applications, outbound call logs, and compliance statuses within internal systems.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bilingual English & Spanish: Must possess advanced,
fluent English and Spanish communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively engage candidates and collaborate with US-based stakeholders.
- Senior Care / Healthcare Experience: Prior background in senior care staffing, healthcare appointment setting, or medical recruiting is highly preferred.
- High-Volume Outbound Calling: Comfortable making continuous outbound calls to healthcare workers and effectively managing phone rejection.
- Sales & Recruitment Mindset: Proven background in outbound phone sales, recruitment, staffing, or high-touch customer-facing roles with strong closing skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with candidate tracking software, background check tracking, pipeline management tools, and telecommunications platforms.
