We work with U.S.-based home service companies, including roofing, HVAC, solar, and other residential service businesses that need motivated, bilingual Appointment Setters to support their sales teams.

This is an in-office position based in Nogales, Sonora, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

You’ll connect with homeowners, follow up with qualified leads, set appointments, and help our clients grow by turning conversations into real sales opportunities. We’re looking for persuasive, confident, goal-driven go-getters who know how to communicate clearly and move people to action.

Responsibilities:





Call and follow up with potential customers

Schedule appointments for U.S. home service sales teams

Handle inbound calls and messages

Communicate via phone, text, and email

Update customer information in CRM systems

Represent our clients professionally on every call

Requirements:

Fluent English required

Basic computer and CRM skills

Strong communication and writing skills

Persuasive, confident phone presence

Positive, goal-driven attitude

Must work on-site in Office Nogales, MX

Available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $12,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
