Role Description The Architect at Grandagave will work on-site in Hermosillo, SON in a full-time capacity, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and refine architectural solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, producing detailed plans and specifications, and ensuring designs meet structural, safety, and regulatory requirements.

The role involves coordinating with project managers, engineers, and software development teams to integrate systems and technologies into overall architectural designs. The Architect will participate in client meetings, gather requirements, prepare documentation, and oversee aspects of project execution to maintain quality, schedule, and budget.



The position also includes reviewing existing designs for improvements, supporting integration efforts between physical and digital components, and contributing to continuous process and design enhancements.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience creating conceptual and detailed plans.
- Ability to collaborate on Integration efforts, aligning architectural solutions with related systems and technologies.
- Experience with Software Development environments or coordination with software teams to support integrated solutions.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and monitoring progress to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices for safety and sustainability.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing, and to present design concepts effectively.
- Comfort working on-site in Hermosillo, SON, with a collaborative, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach.
