Role Description This full-time Asesor Inmobiliario role at Coldwell Banker Solutions is an on-site position based in Atizapán de Zaragoza, MEX. The role involves prospecting and generating leads, managing a portfolio of properties, and guiding clients through the full real estate process, from initial contact to closing. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property visits, preparing listings and marketing materials, advising clients on market conditions and pricing, and coordinating viewings and negotiations.

The role also includes continuous market research to stay current on local trends and opportunities, as well as participation in sales meetings and training to improve performance and client satisfaction.

- Ability to conduct market research, analyze property values, and present clear, data-based recommendations to clients.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple properties, appointments, and documentation efficiently.
- Effective communication skills in spoken and written formats, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and accessible way.
- Comfort using digital tools and platforms for property listings, customer relationship management, and basic marketing activities.
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer-facing roles is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations and transactional processes in Atizapán de Zaragoza and the surrounding area is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive client service.
- Availability to work on-site full time, including flexibility for client appointments and property visits as needed.
