ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

​RESPONSIBILITIES:​

· Work directly with project managers to help implement project objectives.​

· Assign tasks to staff to implement project objectives, as needed.​

· Oversee the various aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution.​

· Serve as a liaison with the project leader and project managers to maintain the project schedule and efficiency.​

· Assist with the procurement of materials and other items necessary to complete project objectives.​

· Review changes to orders or amendments to specifications, preliminary designs, and plans as appropriate.​

· Ensure that related documents and budgets are modified as necessary to reflect changes in project specifications.​

· Provide ongoing communication and progress reports to company managers, directors, and executives.​

​REQUIREMENTS:​

- Advanced English (required to conduct fluid work-related conversations, both oral and written)​

Professional Degree (or Intern) ONLY MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING (REQUIRED)
