Are you detail-oriented and passionate about healthcare? PwC is looking for an Administrative & HCP Onboarding Specialist to manage healthcare professional onboarding processes with precision, ensuring compliance and efficiency within a dynamic general environment.

What You'll Do:

- Manage profiles and support portal onboarding.
- Conduct due diligence including COI reviews and license checks.
- Perform tiering tasks and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain documentation and collaborate with legal and business teams.
- Support process improvements and communicate risks proactively.

What We’re Looking For:

- Degree in Accounting, Administration, Biomedical Engineering or Finance, with relevant experience in financial operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high transaction volumes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive, analytical,



and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous internship or work experience within healthcare or pharmaceutical companies is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, German or Hebrew (advanced level).
- Familiarity with CRM or engagement management systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
