- Transcribe audio recordings into accurate, well-formatted written text following clear guidelines
- Handle a variety of audio types — different accents, speaking speeds, and recording qualities
- Apply consistent formatting, punctuation, and speaker-labeling conventions
- Flag unclear or inaudible segments and note speaker changes where relevant
- Meet quality and turnaround targets for each assigned batch of audio
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- A strong,
focused listener who catches nuance and detail in spoken language
- Comfortable typing accurately at a reasonable pace
- Patient and methodical when working through challenging audio (accents, background noise, overlapping speakers)
- Able to follow detailed style and formatting guidelines consistently
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior transcription or AI experience required
