We are seeking an experienced Blue Yonder WMS IT Specialist to support, configure, administer, and continuously improve our Warehouse Management System environment. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise and operational knowledge, serving as the bridge between IT and warehouse operations.

The idóneo candidate will have hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS configuration, system administration, troubleshooting, and process optimization while working directly within a warehouse environment. This is not a remote support role; the individual must be actively engaged with daily warehouse operations, business users, and management teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and administer the Blue Yonder WMS environment.
- Configure and implement system changes based on business needs.
- Troubleshoot operational and technical WMS issues.
- Partner closely with warehouse operations to drive process improvements.
- Support system upgrades, testing,



and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate and collaborate with U.S.-based teams and leadership.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience supporting and administering Warehouse Management Systems.
- MANDATORY Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS (JDA) configuration, administration, and support.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and distribution processes.
- Experience implementing system changes, troubleshooting issues, and supporting business users.
- MANDATORY Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact directly with U.S.-based stakeholders.
- Experience working in a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environment.
- Experience with WMS integrations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools.
