About Top Jets International

Top Jets International is a growing boutique private aviation company operating across Mexico, the United States and international destinations.

We are looking for a multidisciplinary Brand & Multimedia Designer who can combine strong graphic design with branding, campaigns, social content, video editing and motion.

This is a hands-on creative position within a small team. You will collaborate directly with leadership, contribute ideas and take projects from research and concept through final execution.

What You’ll Do

- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns and content.
- Create branded content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Stories.
- Design carousels, campaign assets, presentations, invitations and commercial materials.
- Edit Reels, TikToks and other short-form video content.
- Create motion graphics, animated typography and visual treatments for digital campaigns.
- Adapt creative concepts strategically across channels and formats.
- Help maintain and elevate Top Jets’ visual identity and brand consistency.
- Participate in photo and video production when needed.
- Occasionally cover company events, including golf tournaments, industry events and brand activations.
- Support commercial initiatives with polished creative materials.
- Organize templates, brand assets, photography, video and other visual resources.
- Use AI tools for research, ideation, visual exploration, content production and workflow optimization.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design, content creation or a similar creative role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating real professional work. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
- Experience producing both graphic and audiovisual content.
- Ability to independently edit high-quality short-form video for Reels,



TikTok and other digital platforms.
- Experience with branding, digital campaigns, social media content and visual storytelling.
- Strong visual judgment and sensitivity to typography, composition, pacing, color and brand consistency.
- Ability to understand a brief, research the audience and translate business objectives into creative ideas.
- Experience taking projects from concept through final execution.
- Ability to clearly explain your individual contribution to collaborative or agency projects.
- Experience working with established brands, agencies, hospitality, travel or premium/lifestyle companies is highly valued.
- Ability to work independently, manage several projects and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and curious mindset: we want someone who researches, proposes and experiments rather than only following instructions.
- Openness to feedback and the ability to translate it efficiently into stronger creative work.
- Functional to upper-intermediate English.
- Availability to work three days per week from our Santa Fe office.

Tools Strong working knowledge of several of the following:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Figma
- CapCut
- Canva
- Midjourney or similar image-generation tools
- ChatGPT
- Runway, Sora or other generative video tools
- Audio, subtitle and voice-over tools
- Stock image, footage and music platforms

You do not need to master every platform. Strong creative fundamentals, technical independence and the ability to quickly learn new tools are more important than checking every box.

Work Environment and Growth

This is a full-time hybrid position with three on-site days per week in Santa Fe,



Mexico City, and two remote days.

Top Jets is a growing company with a compact and highly involved team. The role offers direct collaboration with leadership, meaningful ownership and the opportunity to help shape our internal creative and marketing capabilities.

Private aviation is a dynamic industry. Occasional events or content needs may require flexibility outside the usual routine.

During the first 90 days, we will establish clear priorities and performance objectives. At the end of this period, we will review results, responsibilities and development opportunities.

The position may evolve in scope, responsibility and compensation based on sustained performance, business needs and demonstrated impact.

Compensation

MXN $25,000 net per month.

Finalists may be invited to complete a paid creative exercise based on a clearly defined brief. The exercise is strictly for evaluation purposes and will not be used commercially.
