Senior Oracle BRM Consultant

Job Summary

Join our team to work on implementation, configuration, integration, and support projects for Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM). You will analyze functional and technical requirements for billing, charging, and revenue management processes, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and configure Oracle BRM functionalities, including billing, charging, invoicing, payments, and customer management.
- Gather requirements and create detailed functional/technical design specifications.
- Customize and configure BRM solutions tailored to client needs and integrate them with external systems.
- Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
- Support functional, integration, and E2E testing, as well as cutover, migration, and go-live phases.
- Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with client teams and Oracle specialists.

Requirements

- Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- Proven experience with Oracle Communications BRM and TELCO billing/charging processes.
- Strong background in system integration, Oracle Databases, SQL, and Linux/Unix environments.
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills within Telecommunications projects.
- Must reside in Mexico (preferably Mexico City) with technical/professional English proficiency.
- Nice to have: Experience with ECE, PDC, Billing Care, and integration APIs.
- - E2E Test Lead / Test Manager – Oracle Communications

Job Summary Define, coordinate, and lead the comprehensive End-to-End (E2E) testing strategy for complex Oracle Communications solution implementations—including platforms such as Siebel, BRM, UIM, and OSM, along with their integrations. Oversee the entire testing lifecycle, aligning technical, functional, integration,



and client teams to ensure delivery quality and readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Define the overall E2E test strategy, master test plan, scope, timeline, entry/exit criteria, and execution roadmap.
- Identify and document core E2E business scenarios and end-to-end user journeys across Siebel, BRM, UIM, OSM, and third-party systems.
- Lead and coordinate SIT, E2E, Regression, and UAT execution phases.
- Ensure full traceability across requirements, test cases, execution, and defects.
- Plan test environments, mock data, and prerequisites necessary for end-to-end execution.
- Direct defect management processes: triage, prioritization, assignment, and resolution tracking.
- Facilitate status meetings and report progress, risks, blockers, and key testing metrics to leadership.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, Development, and Business stakeholders to assess readiness for each testing phase and final Go-Live.
- Serve as the main client point of contact for all testing strategy and execution activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- Senior experience leading E2E testing for complex BSS/OSS transformation projects in Telecommunications.
- Proven track record as a Test Lead, Test Manager, Delivery Lead, or testing-focused Project Manager.
- Hands-on familiarity with Oracle Communications suite (Siebel, BRM, UIM, and/or OSM) and integrated architectures.
- Strong expertise in defect management, environment planning, test methodologies, and SDLC.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Must reside in Mexico City (or be available for on-site/hybrid work in CDMX as needed).
- Professional English proficiency (capable of leading technical and management meetings).
- Subject to technical validation and final client approval. Willingness to travel if project requirements dictate.
