Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Broker / representante de Ventas. The Broker / representante de Ventas will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting market research, learning the office and industrial market, and providing clients with market trends and insights. The individual will also be responsible for negotiating and closing sales / rent transactions. This is an on-site role located in Mexico City, Mexico.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Client relationship management and customer service skills
- Ability to conduct market research and provide market insights
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, and why not another languages!
- Experience in real estate or commercial brokerage is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architect, Law, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
